Experience:

Patrick Lam is the Principal and Chief Structural Engineer of CWMM Consulting Engineers Ltd. He has over 34 years of experience in structural design, assessment and mitigation of building and bridge structures.Patrick has worked in Vancouver, B.C. for the last 29 years since 1983, and has been the Project Manager/Design Engineer in Charge of the design of numerous building projects in the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island that vary in structural complexity and range from small scale to large multi-million dollar projects. He is familiar with and well experienced in structural design applications using different construction materials including reinforced concrete, precast/prestressed concrete, structural steel, light wood framing, heavy timber and masonry.
